  Their wooden floors were so poor.
  
  We had packets that reached us chipped and bent. When we complained and asked for refund it was denied aggressively by the man in charge and despite having advice from two separate builders and my husband (who is qualified and worked with flooring), they all acknowledged how poor the quality was. When we addressed it we were told that we were incompetent and that there wasn't a f***** chance we would ever see our money again.
  
  We bought from this place hoping to support a local family business but the service was appalling. We took all the wood we paid for and went through all the packets and discovered a massive pile of unusable wood, that ended up on a fire. We laid the floor with what was useable - which 3 months on is already starting to rub away and look destroyed it was also painfully hard to put down.
  
  Was a really disappointing experience. Would not recommend it.
